1.Evaporating condensation technology--leading new trend in pefrigerating and energy-saving 

1.1Compared to air-cooled and water-cooled units, which are widely used  now.  Board tube evaporative condensing unit is an innovation for conventional cooling system is superior to evaporating condensation technology.

Evaporative condensers can replace the conventional water cooled condenser and the cooling tower. It rejects heat from a condensing vapor into the enviromen. Evaporative condensers reduce the water pumping and chemical treatment requirements associated with cooling tower/refrigerant condenser system. in addition they require substantially less fan power that the air cooled condensr of aomparable capacity.The evaporative condenser can operate at a lower condensing temperautre than the air cooled condenser.Compared to shell & tube Condensers and cooling tower, about 15% electrical consumption can be saved due to low pressure condensation of refrigerant.

1.  Generally Evaporating heat exchange coils

Since the Generally ecaporating condenser uses circular or elliptic galvanized steel tube for heating transmission, there will be some disadvantages, such as huge air resistance, the  liquid incrustation. So the maintenance and descaling will be very difficult, then the heat exchang efficiency will be lower lower.

2. Board-tube evaporating heat exchanger (independent patent technology)

Its advanced water distribution system makes cooling water fully moistened with condensing sheets.

A thin water layer film will be developed on the surface of evaporating condensation sheet.

The dry point flat water film and crusting on the surface are avoided and the heat exchange on condensing sheets is strengthened.
