1. Advanced technique

The product of polyethylene foam insulated material is independently innovated by guangzhou wide industrial company and have been listed in Yearbook for China's Regrigerating, Air-conditioning, Heating and Ventilation.

4.Characteristics:

4.1   Closed Micro-cell structure

The mentioned function due to average diameter of cell is only about 50µm, which means the materials of 1mm thickness arrange with 20 floor cells.

4.2  Stable low thermal conductivity

The thermal conductivity coefficient(K.value) is 0.0326W/m.k that can keep steady during long service life

4.3  Outstanding Moisture& Vapor resistance, Excellent Water Resistance

even under the situation of applying for polyethylene membrane of 1µm thickness 

4.5  Surface heat exchange coefficient.

The protubenant pane structure increase 20% moren heat exchange area than others.

So the material surface heat exchange coefficient improve from 8.1416 to 10

4.7  Superior Fire Resistance

The burning properties have reach GB8624-1997B1 Grade which is tested by National Center of China Public Security .Besides, it do not have PVC, so the released gases do not contain harmful gases.
